For Valentine’s Day Feist Wines will offer a three course prix fixe farm to fork dinner.
Diners enter the tasting room through an inviting garden patio. The décor is eclectic and industrial with a bar built of reclaimed wood found in a Sutter Creek basement, restored hardwood floors highlighting gold rush history, and a hip bistro experience with candlelit ambience.
Valentine’s Day the menu will consist of Kir Royale, Baby Red Romaine salad with baked goat cheese, Niman Ranch Pork Tenderloin with gorgonzola reduction and a dense chocolate torte.
The Feists are committed to local, seasonal ingredients and sustainably raised meats in addition to world class wine.
Their 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon ($34) received 98 points at the California State Fair Competition and the 2015 Viognier ($24) received a double gold medal at the Amador County Fair.
